The Project Comprising Three Zones; B2, B3 & B4 with a duration of 2 years. The major scope of works are,:

• Removal of existing Roads and reconstruction.
• Removal of most of the existing secondary Storm Water Network and construction of new secondary Storm Water Network with Ground Water Drainage.
• Removal of Main Storm Water Line (RCP) and replacing with larger diameter of main line.
• Construction of 14 substations and related installation of 33kV cables and LV cables.
• Construction of Bicycle Track(27 km).
• Construction of Irrigation Network
• Construction of Soft and Hard Landscaping with Furniture.
• Installation of Street Lighting Network in selected roads.
• Minor works for Sewer, Potable Water and Telecommunication Networks like adjustment of cover levels, demolish and refurbish chambers / manholes, protection works etc.
